Boards and tabs in the CRM
Run several pipelines in one account — sales, post-sale, repeat business — and switch between them with the tabs.

A HexTrack account can hold several pipelines (boards). Each board has its own stages, and each lead lives in one board at a time. The tabs at the top of the CRM switch between them — the "All" tab shows everything together, unfiltered.
What it's for in practice: separating processes that don't belong on the same wall. Real examples: Sales + Post-sale; Quotes + Production + Installation; Sales + Abandoned cart + Newsletter.
Before you start
- Creating, renaming and deleting boards is an owner/admin action.
- If your account only has 1 board, the tab bar doesn't appear at all — the CRM behaves as a single pipeline. It shows up once you create the second board.
- How many boards your plan allows is shown under Plans & Modules. The free plan works with 1 board.
Create a new board
- Open CRM in the sidebar.
- In the tab bar, click "New board".
- In "Manage boards", type the name into the "New board name" field and click "New board" (or press Enter).
- The new tab appears in the bar. Click it to go in.
- Set up the stages for THIS board under "Funnel stages" — each board has its own; the stages from your sales board don't show up in post-sale.
Switch between boards
- Click the tab for the board you want — the kanban, the per-stage count chips and the totals now show that board only.
- Click "All" for the overview, with every lead across every board.
- Filters (temperature, search, stage chips) apply within the active board.
Rename or delete a board
- In the tab bar, click "New board" to open "Manage boards".
- Rename: edit the name on the board's row and click the save icon.
- Delete: click the bin and confirm.
Move a lead between boards
- In the CRM, click the lead's card to open the panel.
- In the Board field, pick the destination board.
- The lead leaves this wall and appears on the other one. Because stages are independent per board, it arrives without a stage — set the stage right after.
Which board do new leads land in?
- New WhatsApp conversations enter the account's default board.
- Website forms can route straight to a specific board: in each form's setup (Settings → Website Forms) you choose the destination board. That's how a quote form feeds the sales pipeline while a newsletter form feeds another.
Common questions
I deleted the wrong tab. Did I lose the leads?+
No. Deleting a board deletes no leads: the leads from that board simply lose their board and stay visible on the "All" tab. Re-create the board and reassign each lead from the Board field in the lead panel.
Can I have the same stages on two boards?+
You can — but they're independent copies. Renaming a stage on one board doesn't change it on the other.
How many boards can I have?+
It depends on your plan. The usage bar under Plans & Modules shows how many you have and how many the plan allows; the free plan works with 1 board.
