This Cookie Policy explains how ÓRUS DIGITAL ("HexTrack", "we", "us", "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our websites and within the HexTrack platform (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
We use cookies in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (PECR) and the UK GDPR.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an application. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and provide information about how the site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs); references to "cookies" in this Policy include these technologies.
2. Our consent approach
Under PECR and the UK GDPR:
- Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent, because they are essential for the Service to work. We will always tell you they are in use.

3.3 Analytics / performance — set only with consent
These help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it, by collecting information such as pages visited, features used, and errors encountered, usually in aggregated or pseudonymised form. Legal basis: consent.
3.4 Marketing / advertising — set only with consent
These are used to measure and improve advertising and to attribute sign-ups and leads to campaigns. They may involve advertising and traffic identifiers such as gclid, fbclid, and UTM parameters, and third-party advertising services. Consent for marketing is requested separately from analytics and is not bundled with it. Legal basis: consent.
