HexTrack — Cookie Policy
Effective date: 28 July 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how ÓRUS DIGITAL (CNPJ 38.084.946/0001-56) (HexTrack, we, us, our), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and web application. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels and software development kits (SDKs). They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used.
Where information collected through cookies is personal information (information that identifies you or from which you are reasonably identifiable), we handle it in accordance with the *Privacy Act 1988* (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and our Privacy Policy.
2. The cookies we use
Essential cookies (always on)
These are necessary for the website and app to function and cannot be switched off through our consent controls. They include cookies that:
- keep you signed in and maintain your session;
- remember your security and login state;
- support core functionality, load balancing and fraud prevention;
- remember your cookie choices.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary to deliver a service you have requested, we do not seek separate consent for them.
Analytics and performance cookies (optional)
These help us understand how visitors use our website and app so we can improve it — for example, which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and where errors occur. Some are set by us and some by third-party analytics providers on our behalf. We enable these only after you have accepted them (or where you have not been given the choice, in a form that does not identify you).
Advertising and attribution technologies (optional)
Our marketing site and the product may use technologies from Meta and Google, and trackable links, to measure advertising performance and attribute conversions. These may involve identifiers such as gclid, fbclid and UTM parameters. Within the product, attribution data associated with your leads is handled on your instructions, as described in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. On our own marketing site, advertising technologies are enabled only after you accept them.
3. Your choices and how we ask for consent
Australia does not have a law that requires a cookie-consent banner in the way some overseas regimes do. Even so, we take a consent-based approach for non-essential cookies as a matter of good practice and to meet our obligations under the Privacy Act where cookies collect personal information:
- Essential cookies are set automatically because they are necessary to provide the service you have requested.
- Analytics and advertising cookies are set only where you have accepted them through our cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings — for example, to block or delete cookies, or to be warned before a cookie is stored. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the website or app from working.
For advertising preferences, you can also use the controls offered directly by Meta and Google, and industry opt-out tools.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use, including analytics, advertising and payment providers (Stripe, when you make a payment). Those third parties handle the information they collect under their own privacy policies. Our sub-processors are listed in our Privacy Policy.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The version in force is always the one published here, with its effective date.
Questions about this policy can be sent to our Privacy Officer at contato@hextrack.com.br, or to ÓRUS DIGITAL (CNPJ 38.084.946/0001-56).
